Support Robert Young's Battle with Colon Cancer

I’m not entirely sure why I’m doing this because if he ever found out, he’d have my head on a stick (literally).

Recently my Papa, the man who raised my sister and I with our grandmother - Robert Young, was diagnosed with Colon Cancer and has been receiving aggressive radiation every single day, alone.

If you have been one of many blessed by his presence (and there are so many individuals who know of Robert and his stories all across the United States), you know just how selfless, honest, hard working, loving and stubborn this man is. After almost 50 years in the trucking industry to provide for his country (Both in service and out) friends and family, he is still determined to support himself. Undergoing radiation (and radiation will continue until mid March) and battling all of the side effects that goes with it, all he cares about is getting back behind that wheel. As you can imagine, money is tight for an old man on social security who is now having medical expenses without very good insurance. I’m truly scared for his future and he is so stubborn that he refuses to quit working or accept help from anyone.

So, I’m coming to you - the public - to please have it in you to help me keep my Papa behind that wheel in the only way that I know how because honestly, I’d be just as lost without him as he would be if he can’t return back to his truck

Anything raised will be gifted to him for medical and household expenses to help ease some of the stress. To show him that he truly doesn’t have to do this alone. To prove to him that he does matter.

He deserves everything.
