On January 19, 2026, Rob Gustaveson was tragically hit by a car while walking home in Milford, Connecticut. Rob suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Bridgeport Hospital for emergency care.

Rob has endured severe trauma from head to toe, including:

• Multiple broken bones (head, arm, leg, wrist, ribs)

• Punctured lung

• Cracked spine in multiple places

• Lacerated spleen

• Heavy bleeding requiring blood transfusion

• Neck brace in place to protect spinal injury

He remains in critical condition and is currently in intensive care.
