Dear Residents, Owners, Neighbors, and Friends,

As we get ready to celebrate the Holidays at River Village Pointe, the Board of Directors wishes to encourage all residents to participate in the annual employee Holiday Fund. A holiday fund is common practice in most condominium buildings, and residents are invited to contribute monetarily to a central fund which is equitably distributed by the Board of Directors to all on-site building personnel. Typically, the distribution method is based on years of service and job type.

A contribution should be a balance between how generous you can be during this season and the knowledge that your gift will be distributed among all the employees to provide additional financial support for their hard work throughout the year. Donation amounts are anonymous from all staff and the Board of Directors.

While some residents also give personally to individual employees, we encourage you to contribute to the general fund. Typically, a gift of at least half of one month’s assessments for residential units is customary or an amount between $250 and $325 for most units. You may wish to increase your gift beyond these amounts, but any contribution is appreciated.

The Board of Directors will be responsible for distribution of the entire fund to building personnel
