The formation of the Rise Above Foundation is specifically geared to assist the incarcerated who are struggling with addiction or mental health issues. By providing these individuals with the proper tools, reading materials, and other opportunities for betterment of themselves as a whole, they will be able to leave the system a more confident worthy individual, who in turn will benefit their family's, friends and their community - as a whole.
