I am reaching out during one of the hardest times I have ever faced. My husband Richard Carpenter was diagnosed and has been battling liver disease. Both cirrhosis of the liver and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) liver cancer. This has brought not only emotional stress but also financial burden.

He is a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He has always had a great sense of humor and would do anything for anybody.
