If you’ve ever had a meaningful experience at a show, discovered an artist you didn’t know you needed, or felt that sense of connection in the space— this is your invitation to help keep it going.

Rhoneymeade Fest is a four-day, artist-run music and arts festival held in and around State College, Pennsylvania—bringing together international and local artists for a one-of-a-kind cultural experience rooted in community, nature, and exploration. Centered at the 155-acre Rhoneymeade Arboretum and Sculpture Garden, the festival blends live music, visual art, workshops, and family-friendly programming across both downtown State College and the surrounding landscape. Each year, 30+ artists from around the world take the stage, presenting a wide range of global, experimental, and cross-cultural music- often sounds and traditions rarely experienced in rural Central Pennsylvania. What makes Rhoneymeade Fest unique is its setting and intention: world-class music typically found in major cities, experienced outdoors in a natural amphitheater, surrounded by farmland, sculpture, and community. It’s not just a festival—it’s a space for connection: between artists and audiences, between cultures, and between people and place.

We’re at a pivotal moment.

Due to recent changes in arts funding across the region and nation, key grant support has become less reliable for grassroots, artist-driven programming like ours. At the same time, the true cost of presenting international artists- travel, visas, lodging, and fair compensation- continues to rise. The reality is simple: this work cannot be sustained on ticket sales alone. If we want to continue building something meaningful here in Central Pennsylvania, we need community support to help carry it forward. We're looking to raise $25,000 to directly fund artists fees and meals and production costs.

What does that look like in practice? Each year for Rhoneymeade Fest we spend $30,000–$40,000 on artist and production costs, putting those dollars directly back into the arts economy—paying visual artists and musicians fairly, supporting creative labor behind the scenes, and ensuring Rhoneymeade Fest remains an artist-centered, community-powered gathering.

Gorinto Productions is a grassroots cultural initiative dedicated to bringing world-class live music and meaningful cultural exchange to Central Pennsylvania and beyond. Gorinto operates as both a curatorial practice and a community-driven network, producing concerts, festivals, and international touring opportunities for artists who might not otherwise reach rural and small-city audiences. Through projects like Rhoneymeade Fest, Manny’s Live Performance Space, and the Secret Planet series, Gorinto connects global artists with local communities—creating an alternative, inclusive environment centered on listening, discovery, and shared experience. At its core, Gorinto is about access and exchange: bridging the gap between international art scenes and underrepresented regions, while fostering a sense of place, belonging, and curiosity. This work is deeply collaborative- supported by artists, local partners, and a growing community of members who believe in expanding what’s possible in Central Pennsylvania.

This work has never been about one person- it’s about all of us. What we’re building here only exists because people show up, take a chance on something new, and believe that this kind of cultural exchange matters- even in a place where it’s not always easy to sustain.
