Hi friends & family! My dad, Rhett Leonard, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor—a grade 4 Glioblastoma. He was lucky enough to get into Mayo Clinic so we know he's working with the best medical team around.
He'll do his six-week radiation program in Rochester, MN, which is about 4 hours away from my hometown. While we're lucky to work with a great team, that also comes with significant travel expenses: driving back and forth, meals, potential lodging during the week, etc.
I've had so many people reach out to ask about the best way to help, so I thought I'd tell our story in the hopes that we can come together to support my parents during this season. And—a huge shout out to everyone who has offered their help already through meals, helping with projects around the house, mowing the yard, and everything in between. It's much appreciated during this difficult time.
