My name is Kimberly Creech, and I am asking for help during one of the most painful periods of my life.

I am a mother of three children, and I am currently involved in a highly contested custody and family-law case in Georgia. Over the past year, my children have been separated from one another, and I have been separated from them for extended periods of time. The emotional toll of this has been overwhelming—for me and for my children.

I love my children deeply and have always been actively involved in their care, education, and well-being. Not being able to see them regularly, and watching our family be divided, has been heartbreaking beyond words. I wake up every day focused on doing everything I can to protect my children and work toward reunification.

This case has required extensive legal representation, professional evaluations, and ongoing court involvement. The financial burden has become crushing. Legal fees, expert costs, and basic living expenses have pushed me to the brink of financial exhaustion. Despite working and cutting expenses wherever possible, I am struggling to keep up.

I am committed to handling this process through lawful and appropriate channels and to advocating for my children in the way that best protects their long-term emotional and physical well-being. I remain hopeful, but I cannot do this alone.

I am asking for support to help cover:
