A LANDSLIDE IS DEVASTATING PORTUGUESE BEND - a unique historical area of California.

The Villa Narcissa, all the beautiful structures built in the 1920s by Frank Vanderlip, and a lovely community of homes dating back to the 1950s have been very hard hit.
