My mom Renee is a single mom to me and my three younger siblings. She has had to fight all our lives against poverty and unfair circumstances in the housing industry. Because of the constant fight it makes it really really hard for her to reach out and ask for help, especially financial. My mom needs urgent assistance paying the apartment’s rent. If not paid very soon she and my siblings will be evicted. She had an invasive surgery in June that made her unable to work and has two additional surgeries approaching this month.
