Hi, my name is Renee, and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time my family has ever faced.

Just a few days ago, my husband was in a serious car accident that totaled our only vehicle and left him with fractures in his neck and spine, a herniated disc in his back and a crushed artery in his neck.He was just discharged from the hospital on 7/22/25 but he cannot walk or care for himself at all right now. He is in a brace, in constant pain, and unable to work. We’re currently waiting on his short-term disability to be processed, but it could take weeks.

We were given a rental car through insurance, but once they officially declare our car a total loss, we’ll only have the rental for seven more days. After that, we’ll have no transportation for doctor visits, groceries, or anything else.

We also have a 13-month-old baby who needs full-time care. Because of both my husband’s condition and our baby’s needs, I’ve had to stop working completely — leaving us with no income right now:

We’re doing everything we can to hold it together, but we urgently need help covering:

• Groceries, diapers, and baby essentials

• Rent and utilities

• Medication and medical equipment

• Temporary transportation

• Bills while we wait on disability and try to replace our vehicle

We never imagined being in this position, but any amount — or simply sharing this — would be an incredible blessing to our family. Please pray for us as we go through this tough journey.
