My dear friend Rena Jones, who many of you know and love, has had an incredibly difficult past few months. Unforeseen circumstances have forced them to need to suddenly move, and the situation has become overwhelming both emotionally and financially.

Earlier this year, shortly after moving into their own apartment, Rena was hit by a car in Denver. Navigating the aftermath has been a long legal battle with no quick resolution in sight. Just last week, a close friend who had been staying with Rena tragically passed away in their apartment. As you can imagine, this has made living there emotionally unbearable.

Rena is now facing relocation fees for breaking their lease so they can move somewhere more stable for their mental health. While they are one of the toughest people I know, sometimes even the strongest among us need a little support.

I’m hoping to raise $2,000 to help cover these unexpected moving costs and ease some of the stress during this transition. If you can donate $1, $5, $20, or anything at all, it truly makes a difference.
