Hello everyone,

Over the last few years we have been on a journey to adopt. Many of you helped us out when we originally took in two little girls a while ago and we are asking for your help again.

We fostered Remiah when she was 5 months old until she was almost a year old. She was then brought to live with her grandma for a year when the county decided it was in her best interest. Throughout that year, we kept in contact, video calling, visiting and everything we could do to keep the connection strong.

As the court case against her parents was going on, her grandma grew further away, ultimately leading us to stop talking.

About 8-9 months ago, her grandma reached out to me to ask if I wanted to see her for her birthday. I drove out there at 3 in the morning to wake her up, and see her. I hadn't seen her in about 6 months, so she was extremely excited. At that moment, her grandma and I knew she belonged with us. Once the court case closed, she officially moved in with us under a DOPA.

We are now at a point where we are going to pursue adoption of her, but need help with funds. We need to put 3 thousand down to get started, and then have another almost 3 thousand to pay off the rest. We are asking for any help you can do in order to provide us with an attorney who will walk us through the adoption process. I truly believe God brought her into our lives to change it for the better. And wow, is God good ❤️
