Light House Coffee is intentional about hiring and training our staff in order to give opportunities to refugees who have come to our city. We have seen first hand the needs and challenges of families coming to the United States.

We would appreciate your help in giving support to these families that we have come to know and love. Everything collected here will go directly to refugee families living in Baton Rouge.

Here is one example of a family’s story:

Margie is a mom from Afghanistan who worked at Light House Coffee for two years. Her employment came to an end when her baby girl was born in September. With two other young children, they are now relying on the income of one spouse. Let’s support and love this young family through financial donations!
