Ray(69) & Mel(68) have lost their home in a fire for the second time- Roughly 25 years ago they lost their house, and most importantly a daughter; due to a fire. They have lived and grown up on Vandenburgh Pt Rd their entire life- throughout the years they both endured health problems but finally built a home to be comfortable in. Today, they lost again everything. As a neighbor we have watched him day in & day out carry metal at the age of 69 to make sure him and his family stayed warm please help this deserving family
