Hi I'm at my wits ends, but my ex has agreed to voluntary sign over his rights and I need the set amount to file the papers and get the adoption done. Everyone who knows me knows Ray has raised draco from a baby and he deserves to have his dad be his legal father. We haven't fighting this for years and he has finally decided to do it. This is a huge step for us and I know everyone is struggling right now, and id just appreciate and type of help at all. I need to have this done as soon as possible.
