More on NAACP’s LDP: During the pandemic, the fight to defend civil rights has never been more important. After the recent events, we spent a lot of time looking at where we could have the most fundraising impact. We determined that precedent--and norms--get set in court cases. We decided to back the NAACP’s Legal Defense and Education Fund because it has the reputation of being the top organization pushing for change in this space. Join us in helping the LDF win legal battles, protect voters across the nation, and advance the cause towards an inclusive society.
More on the team: Sam Clark , Maria Shen , and Jean Yang got together for The Zoom Bachelorette, a livestreamed Zoom-to-Twitch reality dating show featuring bachelorette Katia and her 12 suitors. The show had over 1000 viewers (despite being private and ticketed!) and raised over $40,000 for Feeding America. It’s been covered here and here .
