My niece, Rachia, had her daughter Everest taken from her yesterday. The court says that she was served papers within the last 30 days and that she missed a court hearing on the 13th. She was never served papers stating that she had to be in court on the 13th. Rachia and Everest live with the family, and we have 6 vehicles and 7 people with licenses who could have made sure she got to court. Everest was taken by her father's parents, and her father is in jail right now.

Please help Rachia. She is a young mother; she will be 20 this year. She is not perfect; however, she is a great mother. Rachia would greatly appreciate any help with the lawyer fees that we will be facing, and any donations would be very much appreciated to help get sweet Everest back with her momma.
