Our mission is to oppose the extreme short-term rental ban outlined in Ordinance 2025-04 and to ensure that the voices of our community are heard through public votes, policy influence, and, if necessary, legal action. We stand for fairness, representation, and the preservation of property owners’ rights throughout all of Ocean City, Maryland.

Over the past two months, our team has worked tirelessly to execute a petition drive in accordance with Ocean City’s statutes. This effort was launched to directly challenge the new ordinance. We are currently awaiting verification of the petition signatures—a meticulous process—but we are confident that we have met the requirements to bring this ordinance to a referendum vote. This is a critical step toward ensuring that you, the community, have a say in the future of Ocean City.
