Hi, my name is Precious, and I’m a full-time postal worker and a mom of five amazing kids. I work hard every day to provide for my family and keep a stable home, but right now we’re facing a financial setback that I can’t fix alone.

After covering rent, utilities, phone service, groceries, and everyday expenses for a household of six, my account has fallen behind and is currently negative. Like many families, we live paycheck to paycheck, and one short month was enough to put us in a hole that keeps growing with fees.
