We are launching a fundraiser on behalf of Prasad Jose’s family to support them during this incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time.

Prasad Jose, a dedicated nurse at IRT Retirement Village, was living with his family on the Sunshine Coast when he sadly passed away on May 24th. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Teresa Varghese, and their three young children.

Prasad was a caring professional, a devoted husband, and a loving father. His sudden passing has created an immeasurable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him.

As the family navigates this profound loss, we are coming together to help ease the financial pressures they now face—including funeral expenses—and to support the future wellbeing of the children.

This fundraising initiative is being organised collectively by the Sunshine Coast Kerala Association (SCKA), Sunshine Coast Malayalee Association (SMA), and Sunshine Coast St. Mary’s Church, on behalf of Prasad’s family. The beneficiary of this fundraiser is his wife, Teresa Varghese.
