After a year of stalled negotiations with the company and Starbucks's refusal to bargain in good faith and uphold their commitment to negotiate a fair contract in one years time, Starbucks workers across Oregon are prepared do Whatever It Takes to make Starbucks return to the bargaining table with a serious economic offer, including a long haul strike. We want to help make it easier for workers to strike by providing a hardship fund. This way workers can focus on fighting for better take-home pay, better hours, better health coverage, and a resolution to the hundreds of outstanding Unfair Labor Practices (including 130 ULPs this year alone) by holding the line at union locations across Oregon.
