This fundraiser is organized and sponsored by the Phoenix High Grad Night Committee, a parent-run group dedicated to supporting graduating seniors!
Our goal is to raise funds to support Phoenix High School graduates in Phoenix, Oregon, by providing a safe, inclusive, drug- and alcohol-free graduation celebration, as well as support for graduates as they take their next steps.
How Funds Will Be Used:
Graduation Night Venue & Event Costs
Donations will help secure and pay for a supervised graduation night venue and related expenses, ensuring a safe space where seniors can celebrate together.
Gifts, Prizes & Support for Graduates
Funds will also be used to purchase gifts and prizes that will be awarded to graduates during the celebration, along with additional support to help students with post-graduation needs such as college expenses, work tools, transportation, or other essentials.
In addition to monetary donations, we are also accepting in-kind donations for:
- Our Grad Night fundraising auction on April 26th
- Auction items and prizes to be used during Grad Night

Nuestro objetivo es recauder fondos para apoyar a los graduados de la Clase 2026 de Phoenix High School, brindandoles una celebracion de graduacion segura, inclusiva y libre de drogas y alcohol, ademas de apoyo para sus proximos pasos.
Los Fondos se utilizaran para:
-Cubrir el lugar y los costos del evento de la noche de graduacion, creando un espacio seguro para celebrar juntos.
-Proveer regalos/premios y apoya para necesidades posteriores a la graduacion (gastos universitarios, herramientas de trabajo, transporte y otros articulos esenciales).
Tambien estamos aceptando donaciones de articulos, servicios o certificados de regalo para nuestra Subasta de Recaudacion el 26 de abril. Si usted o su empresa desean contribuir, por favor comuniquese con nosotros..
