Hello, my name is Phillip Perez. I am a son, brother, and most importantly a father. For the last 2+ years, I have been battling terminal kidney failure. Fortunately, I've been given a second chance at life. My cousin has gone through the process and matched as a donor. Although I have been blessed by his full-hearted generosity, unfortunately, it has been a very difficult time for me financially. Due to dialysis 3 times a week, medical expenses, and recently being let go from my job, I am in need of help. This would mean a lot as I know everyone is struggling right now.
