delay no more is a research based collective, where we came together by sharing our own divergent and complex journeys of migration, hoping to find collectivity and comfort amongst each other. As four “Asian women identifying” performers, we together critique the simplification of our representations and othering that occurs in West centric contexts. Our research question: how can a performance become a collective autobiography? is explored through movement research, sound scape practice, creative writing, reading, and conversations, with importance on honouring nuances and opacity of our own experiences.

The performance delay no more 0.1 is our first attempt to bring this collective on stage. As we are starting our very first project, and are not directly connected to the Dutch scene coming from different parts of the world, therefore struggling to secure funds. Your support will help us achieve fair pay for our team!
