- Patti, who has severe Alzheimer's, was moved to another Memory Care facility (Lady Lake Senior Living). A hospice aide comes in five days a week to help with bathing, toileting, and the like. Patti has been taken to a hospital twice, once by air ambulance, the result of possible seizures. She does not know her husband of 50 years, or her children. Alzheimer's dementia is horrible, and to have it strike such a nice person as Patti is tragic. Rising medical costs and dwindling finances compel the continuation of this crowdfunding campaign.
