Support Pat Bos' Family in Their Time of Loss

Pat Bos was a man who wore many hats. He passed away at 66 years old. He was a veteran. He loved fishing. He loved finding creative ways of making things work when they're broken. But above everything, he was a husband, a father, and a grandfather, an uncle, and a friend. Pat has never failed to go above and beyond to provide joy, safety, and stability for his family. He was the rock that held our ground, he was the soft place we landed, he is the sunshine that warms us, and he is the loud voice pushing us forward even when we don't want to push forward.
On Monday, May 26th, Pat had an extra day off for memorial day. He decided he was going to spend the day fixing his truck so he was able to get his boat out on the water to go fishing. When he put it in park, he got out. Laid a blanket on the ground, and braced himself to get under the truck. The truck rolled backwards, onto Pat as a result of the gearshift not functioning properly. This resulted in a spinal fracture, 14 broken/fractured ribs, abrasions on his chest, hip, knee, back, and head. An Amazon delivery driver witnessed the incident and knocked on the door, and called 911. Pats granddaughter ran to inform his son in law, who ran out and discovered Pat, lifeless under the truck tire. Thankfully, from him taking quick action by getting the truck off of Pat, and getting chest compressions started, EMS arriving and taking over, Pats heart started beating again. He was showing some brain activity. Ultimately, we lost him officially on June 4th. When he was able to undergo the procedure to donate his organs to save 3 lives. I know that his primary concern right now would be taking care of his family. Pat and his wife have been the primary caregivers for their disabled son, and actively assisting with his in laws care also. His family spent every possible waking moment with him bedside until he left this world. At this point, anything to ease any stress is widely appreciated so his family can grieve in some comfort before having to take concern in the day to day challenges they will be facing.
