Parkchester Watch Group is a resident-led community organization dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and quality of life within the Parkchester condominium community. Our group advocates for fair treatment of residents, encourages open communication between management and the community, and works to ensure that important issues like safety, maintenance, and good governance are addressed responsibly. By empowering residents with information and encouraging civic participation, we strive to build a stronger, more informed community for everyone who calls Parkchester home.

We are now taking the next step in strengthening our work for the community. To make it easier for residents, partners, and neighbors to contact us securely and reliably, we will be opening a PO Box. This mailing address is also required as we prepare to file for nonprofit status, which will help us better serve the community and advocate for positive change. The PO Box will provide a safe way for former and current employees and Board members to share anonymous tips and information, further supporting our mission of transparency and accountability.

We’re asking for your support to help us cover the cost of the PO Box and nonprofit filing expenses. If funds raised exceed these expenses, we will use the surplus to purchase liability insurance, ensuring our group can continue its work with confidence.
