Support Pancho's Family After Deportation

The morning of January 26, Francisco, also known as Pancho to his friends and family, was taken by ICE as he was leaving for work from his home in Santa Paula.

His son, also named Francisco, shared his story: "My father came here to the US when he was 16 years old. He was oldest bother at the time, his parents couldn’t work due to medical issues. He came here and didn’t go to school, immediately started to work in the field with one of his uncles. He worked there for a good few years you can even find his name in the farm workers memorial.

He got to meet the first Latino astronaut during the ceremony. He spent his whole life here in the United States. For most of 35 years, we have called Santa Paula our home. I am his own child, and he has been with my mom since then."

We are asking the community to support Francisco's family as he has been deported back to Mexico. We are raising funds so he can have a stable life in Mexico and have his family supported here as well.
