On October 7, 2026, the Court granted our petition in part. PVHA's 50% Board election quorum is reduced to 33%, effective with this year's election, and it drops automatically to 20% if quorum isn't reached within 3 years. The Court also adopted election reforms, including earlier ballots, more election notices, independent certification of results, and a proactively updated membership list. The final Order is being submitted for the judge's signature this week.
