I met Pagan last year, in August of 2025, in a passing online interaction, and we clicked almost immediately. They introduced me to a little community they began, which has kept me sane while I have myself been housebound due to disability. They are now one of my closest friends.

Right now, Pagan is 19 and facing homelessness after being forcefully outed as queer to their family. They had been enrolled in the Atlanta-based youth LGBTQ+ shelter and job search program Lost-n-Found, but were rejected because of currently undiagnosed mobility issues affecting their ability to work. Now, things are even more uncertain.

I created this fund to do what little I can to ensure their security in the face of this disgusting and pointless hate, and while they look to stabilize their situation. The funding goal is arbitrary, all of this money goes directly to Pagan to make sure their basic needs are fulfilled.

Pagan is an absolutely wonderful friend an person, whose selflessness and humility rivals my own. I owe so much to them. This is the least I can do.
