One of our team's old goal frames cracked and is hanging on for dear life with some duct tape. Having larger-size goals during practice really helps with our drills and scrimmages.

I have a discount window for getting a replacement goal for just under $195 (inclusive of kickstarter credit card 2.9% fees that gets pulled from each contribution). The equipment company now makes a newer model that is supposed to be stronger (and also as a result they no longer sell replacement frame parts for the old model we are using - grmph). This is what I'm looking at: https://quickplaysport.us/products/kickster-elite-18-5-x-6-5?_pos=1&_sid=d3f58ef5d&_ss=r.

One of our fellow parents suggested we could 'team-source' the funds for the new goal. Since I coach for two teams (2nd grade and 4th grade), this seems like a really good low-cost solution. We have 24 players across our two teams, so if 20 of us can pitch in $10 each, then we will meet our goal to buy our goal! I am setting the gofundme 'goal' at $175 to also include my own contribution for Whit and Chas. Now we need just 18 more!

If you are on the fence about the fall season and/or if money is tight right now, please don't feel obligated! If a few of you have a little extra right now can drop $15 that might even things out toward reaching the goal.

Please support our amazing players -- both teams are playing super well this season!
