Please help us save a place that has served our veterans and our community for years.

Loves Park VFW Post 9759 is facing closure because the cost of maintaining the building, paying the bills, and keeping up with necessary expenses has become more than the Post can afford.

This is not simply about saving a building.

It is about saving a home for our veterans.

Post 9759 has been a place where veterans can come together, find friendship and support, share stories, remember those who served before them, and continue the traditions of service and camaraderie. It has also been a place for families, friends, and members of the Loves Park community to come together for events, fundraisers, celebrations, and important occasions.

Unfortunately, the ongoing costs of the building—maintenance, utilities, repairs, insurance, and everyday bills—have become increasingly difficult to manage. Without help from our community, we may lose this important part of Loves Park.

We believe our veterans deserve better than to lose the place they have called home because the bills became too difficult to handle.

We are asking our community, local businesses, fellow veterans, families, friends, and anyone who believes in supporting those who served to come together and help us keep Post 9759 open.

Our goal is to raise funds to help with the costs necessary to keep the building operating and give the Post a chance to remain open and continue serving our veterans and community.
