I am raising money for stockings for soldiers because they "Send Stockings filled with goods and joy to our soldiers in harm's way". I have also firsthand been to one of the Stockings for Soldiers buildings and helped unpack new goods and pack stockings. The organizer, Judy Travis, is a wonderful person and is very welcoming to everyone who comes to volunteer.
