Hi,

We are a group of individuals that have travelled to south america for charitable surgeries. We have travelled to Peru previously and are looking to resume these trips to help the children after our projects have been derailed due to COVID. All of our surgeries are free to the families and children and really one of the most fulfilling things any of us have ever been participated in. The surgeries that we have focused on revolve around the head/neck/face. These include cleft lips, palates, ear deformities, facial burns, and any other masses/lesions that we think can be operated on safely. We bring a full team of surgeons and assistants and anesthesiologists for our trips. About 1/3 of our staff come from Georgia, another 1/3 from Cincinnati, and another 1/3 from Miami.

To help us perform these trips we are asking for kind-hearted donations. These donations really help with covering the costs of medications for anesthesia and antibiotics, sutures, and even some travel arrangements for the families that have travelled to see us. None of this money goes to the physicians or nurses since many of us are fortunate enough to be able to cover our own costs. Any funds that are left over are rolled over into the next missions trip. Currently we are trying to get back up and running, but for our next phase of growth we would love to go multiple times/year, and we can't accomplish this goal without all of your help!

Thanks again for all your help. Even if you can't contribute that much, as little as 5$ always helps! For about 250$ we can cover an entire surgery start to finish for a child. Our trips aim to do about 20-25 surgeries each trip which ranges from small 5 minute procedures to 5 hour procedures. We even evaluate deaf children for possible hearing aid placement
