We are a group of high school students and the proud board of Taste for Tomorrow—a nonprofit born from both heartbreak and hope.

When we learned that nearly $3 billion in government funding had been cut from the NIH, our hearts sank. That number isn’t just a statistic—it represents delayed cures, slowed discoveries, and lost chances to save lives. It felt wrong to just stand by. So, we asked: What can we do?

We've always loved baking—there’s something magical about how simple ingredients can come together to create joy. And that’s when the idea clicked: why not use that joy to power something bigger?

Taste for Tomorrow brings people together over fresh, healthy baked goods—but behind every bite is a purpose: to support the research that could shape our future. With each cookie, muffin, or loaf we sell, we’re funding the scientists, labs, and breakthroughs that the world so desperately needs.

We’ve already taken our first steps: we’ve filed our Articles of Incorporation, received our EIN, and are now raising funds to become an official 501(c)(3). But to make this dream a reality, we need your support.
