On December 16, my husband was taken while on his way to work. We have been together for 13 years, building a life, a home, and a family. The hardest part has been watching our daughter suffer. She cries at night asking for her dada. They had a daily father and daughter routine that suddenly disappeared. She waits by the door and says “DADA,” asking when he is coming home. She has lost her appetite and struggles to sleep. I am trying to be strong for her while breaking inside. Every day feels uncertain, but we are holding on to hope. May the Lord guide us and keep our family together. Our home feels incomplete, and the emotional weight has been overwhelming.
