Hello! Now that my daughter is old enough to have her own room and out of the crib, we are repurposing the spare bedroom into her new room. However, we use that bedroom as a studio and workshop, so we're moving that area into the garage.

We've put up insulation and drywall on the walls, but due to an injury, I need professional help for the ceiling. The ceiling has a bit of mold that needs to be removed, new vents put into the roof, and insulation put down before more drywall is placed on the ceiling. This will help us from overheating in the summer months, and from freezing in the winter!

The cost of just the insulation, mold removal, and vent placements is about $3500. We're asking for a little more for drywall, taping and mudding, painting the whole thing, and any unforeseen costs. We appreciate the support!
