The woman that trained our dog Kobe who became a good friend of ours recently fell on hard times and has been sleeping in her car over the last few weeks. For her privacy, her face is not included in the image shown.

We have been able to get her set up with a non-profit that will be able to provide housing but not for another 2 weeks. We offered our house, but she needs to be closer to the city since her son is in school there and she also recently secured employment there (we are 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte and traffic here is terrible).

We are trying to give her enough money to secure an extended stay hotel for the next 2 weeks, which I know to be about $300 per week.
