Hi friends, community members, and supporters of the art.
We’re launching something powerful—and we need your help to make it happen.
On April 7th, we’re hosting our very first P.U.L.S.E. Poetry event at the St. Catharines Library, bringing together young writers, emerging voices, and passionate poets from across the Niagara region. This isn’t just another open mic—it’s a movement built to empower expression, build confidence, and create safe spaces for creativity.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 to cover:
• Cost of incorporation & insurance
• Venue and equipment rentals
• Professional videography and photography
• Workshop materials and printed programs
• Guest speakers, hosts, and featured performers
• Light refreshments and community outreach
This event is free to attend, because we believe poetry should be accessible to everyone—especially those who need it most. Your donation, no matter the size, helps us give youth and underserved voices a chance to be heard, celebrated, and inspired.
Your support will be helping more than one event!
If you’ve ever been moved by a poem, touched by a story, or found healing in your own words—this is your chance to pay it forward.
Thank you for believing in the power of poetry, and in us.
Let’s make April 7th unforgettable.
With gratitude,
Rev & The P.U.L.S.E. Poetry Team
