The night of August 9 our family was hit by the flood that affected so many in our community. Many neighbors and friends helped us remove everything from our basement but most of it was ruined. We now know that our insurance will not cover things lost to flood damage and FEMA gave us $300. In addition, we also needed to move. God has provided a new home for us to rent and we have much to be grateful for. That being said, we still need help. Costs of relocating and meeting basic needs are beyond our means.
