We never imagined we’d be in a position where we’d have to ask for help, but life has a way of humbling us in the most unexpected ways.

Our beloved daughter, just 31 years old and a devoted mother of two, has suffered multiple strokes that took her from us for 40 agonizing minutes. Though she fought her way back, the damage has left a profound neurological impact, changing the course of her life—and ours—forever.

As we navigate this heartbreaking journey, we are met with overwhelming financial burdens. Insurance only covers so much, and every necessary treatment, therapy, and support service comes with a heavy cost.

Some of the expenses we are facing include:

• Medical costs—copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses for the therapies and medications she will need indefinitely.

• Loss of income—she will not be able to return to work, leaving a significant financial gap for her and her children.

• And so much more—the hidden costs of a tragedy like this are endless, and we are still uncovering the full scope of what lies ahead.

This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to face, but we refuse to lose hope. Any support, no matter how small, will help us give our daughter the care, dignity, and stability she needs to heal and be there for her children.
