Our dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 liver cancer in 2020. He's been a car mechanic his whole life. He's very hardworking, loves what he does and made great friends along the way. He's a great friend, loving son and brother, a very loving husband, a great father and great grandfather to his grandkids.

When he found out about his cancer, he accepted it and he was in good spirits. He went to all his chemo and followed every treatment plan. He would feel sick after every chemo then a couple of days after he'd be back to feeling his old self again. Sometime towards the end of last year, he started feeling more sick and took a little bit longer to recover whenever he's not feeling well.

The beginning of this year was tough for him and our family. Complications started, procedures had to be done and he was hospitalized for a month. Under the great care of his doctors and nurses, he was able to recover and come home. Ever since then, he would have appointments almost every day. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks of being home, a very bad stomachache sent him to the ICU for a week. A surgery was needed to be done and it was a close call. He asked the surgeon to do whatever it takes knowing the risks of the operation. He's now out of the ICU but he's still in the hospital.

I'm trying to raise money for my dad to help with expenses and bills. It's gonna be a long road to recovery but every day is a blessing. Every little improvement he's had so far are the small wins we are very thankful for every day. He's a fighter... he's always been...
