2025 Support Organization for Trisomy Conference Fundraiser

I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and in honor of our soon-to-arrive baby and baby Faith, we're hosting a special fundraiser for the 2025 Support Organization for Trisomy (SOFT) Conference.

Trisomy and related rare conditions often come with devastating prognoses. Many children do not survive their first year, and those who do often live with significant medical and developmental challenges. But even amid hardship, these children bring extraordinary joy and purpose to their families. They deserve to be seen, supported, and celebrated – and so do their parents, siblings, and caregivers.

Since 1987, SOFT has hosted an annual national conference that is much more than an educational event – it’s a homecoming. For many, it’s the only time all year these families feel truly understood. This year, the conference will take place in Indianapolis from July 9th– 13th, 2025, bring together families, medical professionals, and researchers in a powerful community of shared hope and experience.
