SUPPORT ORANGE BOW CIC AFTER BURGLARY

Hi my name is Fran and I am raising funds for Orange Bow CIC, a community interest corporation based in TULSE HILL, a training provider who support vulnerable & marginalized young people and unemployed adults in the Lambeth area with employment opportunities, mentoring, accredited courses, workshops and so much more.

They have assisted over 750 underprivileged young people with opportunities over the last three years and the cafe was opened a year ago to fund the amazing work they are doing, create a community in the local area with job opportunities for local residents and young people.

When I came to Orange Bow 2 years ago, I was unemployed and at the lowest stage of my life and without them I don’t know where I would be.

Devastatingly, Orange Bow & Sage & Poppy Cafe were broken into last night. EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN. All of the laptops, professional cameras, podcasting equipment, computers GONE. The office and coffee shop were ransacked and vandalised, and we will slowly have to rebuild from scratch.

This is all the equipment we use daily for our courses and we now have to start again.

As you can imagine, this is devastating, they were trying to create a safe space within the community to support those who need it most and now they are left without the essentials to function.

The police have been notified and there is an open investigation but please can you donate anything you can so that we can buy the laptops and equipment needed to run the training and courses.
