Hi, my name is Opal Woon. I am a mother of three children, ages 18, 17, and 3, and I am reaching out in one of the hardest times of my life.

My late mother, Merle Williams, had to take a loan against her house because of medical issues. She was doing her best to pay it back with the help of my two brothers, but sadly, both of them passed away. After their loss, we could not keep up. The interest and late fees kept piling up, and now the debt has grown far beyond what we can manage.

This house in Hughenden has been my home since birth. It is where my children and I live, and it is all we know. But now, we are being threatened with losing it, and without it, we will have nowhere to go.
