Hi Friends and Family! We can't believe it's been 5 years since Kavita left this earth and not a day goes by where we don't think of her. Rakesh, Sanjeev and Nikhil each share some qualities of their sister and we hope they will remember her and carry her in their hearts for their lifetime. Perhaps Kavita has visited you too--maybe a butterfly, or something yellow, or a calm among the trees, or when your kids scream a made up language! We hope you remember to just enjoy life, be kind, and have a sprinkle of silliness in your day. That's what Kavi would want!

We are putting together a fundraiser and a live event for those that can make it on 11/1/2025. 100% of what we fundraise on that day and through this website will be split between OAK and pediatric brain tumor research.

When Kavi was alive, she did 4 years of OAK's day camp (previously known as Seany Camp) and it truly was the highlight of the summer. A week to forget about chemo, surgery, port flushes-and just have fun with other kids with similar journeys. We hope you can donate again to support this San Diego local NPO. They provide a week long camp, overnight camps and family camps for free to siblings and patients of those affected by cancer (or other life threatening illnesses). We really believe they do good for our community!

We would also like to fundraise for curethekids.org. As you know Kavita had an up and down medical journey with her midbrain tumor and we just want to find ways to help others! This organization funds research as well as parent and family emotional support.

Additionally, Samir and Nathan (Kavita's uncle) have found a Passion to roast coffee beans. If you would like us to mail you some 12 ounce bags of bourbon roasted beans or fair trade medium roast beans, please fill out the google form attached and we will mail it to you.
