Update 10/22/25 - We had a court hearing today through FOC where the referee didn’t decide on anything. However, due to CPS report and my previous lawyer not doing his job, the referee is wanting to throw out the case. We will have 21 days to appeal and we will. My new attorneys took on my case with only the $800 I had from this fundraiser however, the actual fee for today is $2500 NOT including future hearings. They worked out a payment plan and I have to come up with $1700 in the next 4w. $800 in the next 2w. Due to another deposit from here and from someone who donated $100 to me personally we need $580 in the next 2w. I appreciate ALL the support, shares and donations I’ve received so far!! THANK YOU!!

Hi, my name is Olivia, and I’m reaching out for help to keep my boys safe.

I’m a single mom to two wonderful boys who are my whole world.

In June of 2025, our lives were turned upside down due to abusive actions from their father. Since then, I’ve been fighting through CPS and Juvenile Court to protect my children and give them the safe, loving home they deserve.

I’ve finally found a lawyer who is willing to stand by me in this fight, but the retainer fee is $5,000. As a single mom, I simply don’t have the resources to cover this on my own.

I’m sharing our story in the hope of finding support and community to help me protect my boys. Any contribution, big or small, will bring us one step closer to safety, stability, and peace.
