Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
I am Obaida Muhammad, a resident of northern Gaza. I am the eldest brother of two brothers and three sisters. We lost our beloved parents in this brutal war that has left us with nothing but pain and destruction. My father and mother were martyred, and I found myself responsible for my younger siblings, trying to provide them with safety and support despite everything we are going through.
Our home, where we once lived in peace and security, no longer exists — like so many homes across the Gaza Strip. We have become homeless, without any source of income, facing conditions beyond description.
I write these words not to complain, but to remind you that there are those who truly need your support, even if it’s just a little. I know that everyone is going through difficult times, but if there is still room in your hearts for giving, my siblings and I are in need of any helping hand — whether through donations, prayers, or moral support.
I am not used to asking for help, but necessity has driven me to do so — not for myself, but for my younger brothers and sisters who are innocent of all that is happening.
May God reward you abundantly and make your kindness a light in your life and a weight in your scale of good deeds.
Your brother,
Obaida Muhammad
