Hi, my name is Renee Hamm, and I’m the founder of Nourish Nashville, a nonprofit support network for moms.

Based in Middle Tennessee, Nourish Nashville is a registered 501(c)(3) with a mission to care for postpartum women in need during the most vulnerable first few months after birth—a time when physical healing, mental health, and proper nourishment are critically intertwined.

Our flagship program is a six-week meal delivery service designed to provide more than just food—we offer sustenance, dignity, and care.

Each week, moms enrolled in the program receive:

• 1 breakfast option (5 portions)

• 2 nourishing entrees (3 portions each)

• 1 wholesome snack for the week

Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with ingredients that promote healing, hormone regulation, lactation, and energy—essentials that are often overlooked in postpartum care.

Alongside each meal, we provide recipes and nutritional breakdowns to empower women with knowledge—giving them the tools to continue nourishing themselves well beyond our program.

1 in 7 moms experiences postpartum depression, and the risk rises with lack of nutrition, support, and sleep.

Our Goal

We’re raising $150,000 to fund our first year of operations. This will allow us to:

• Purchase high-quality, healing ingredients

• Cook out of a licensed commercial kitchen

• Cover packaging, labeling, and delivery

• Pay our incredible professional chef

• Maintain the infrastructure and operations of Nourish Nashville
